The design concept for the 2nd & Maple project included retail spaces at the ground floor with a combination of one and two bedroom flats and multi-story units above.  The project was located on a prominent corner site and was oriented around a central courtyard.  Residents could enjoy views from large windows and generous balconies.  A variety of materials and offsetting planes created a modern look, while maintaining a pedestrian scale, for this large, urban-infill project.
