The owners of the Andorra Residence were looking to transform their dated and cramped house into a spacious modern home, perfect for entertaining.  This goal was accomplished by opening up the walls between the existing kitchen, dining room and living room.  The installation of large lift-n-slide doors at the back of the newly vaulted living room provides a seamless transition to the new backyard patio and pool area.  A new office suite with its own private entrance was added to the front of the property.  In the master suite, vaulted ceilings and corner windows bring in lots of natural light and views to the lush backyard, while a large sliding glass door provides easy access for a quick dip in the pool.  An exterior material palette of red cedar siding, white stucco and grey aluminum gives the remodeled home a fresh and modern look and revitalized curb appeal.
