This office building, originally built in the 1980’s, was in need of a facelift. Studio Varone Architecture’s modernization includes new exterior cladding, new landscaping, interior courtyard redesign, and interior tenant improvements. A new steel canopy draws your eye to the building’s entrance. A new entry sequence was created by adding monumental stairs, along with a new accessible walkway, and updated landscaping. The previously underutilized interior courtyard was reimagined by adding a new deck, trellis, landscaping, and decorative screen elements.
