The Golden Hill Townhomes were designed to activate an under-utilized and challenging site located in the urban Golden Hill neighborhood.  The extreme topography was regraded and access was improved in order to accommodate 20 new townhouses ranging from 1,600 s.f. to 2,200 s.f. each.  The units are a mix of two and three bedroom floor plans, each with their own private garage and multiple exterior living spaces.  The sustainable design generates at least 50% of its power from roof-mounted solar voltaic panels.  Various offsets and material changes create a modern look designed to attract young professionals and families to this centrally located project which enjoys easy access to downtown San Diego.
