The owners of the office building located at India Street & Ash Street in downtown San Diego wanted to modernize the image of their building in order to attract new tenants.  In order to accomplish this, a new color palette was selected for the exterior and clefted slate tiles were added to the base of the building.  The existing window system was retained in order to keep the building operational during construction.  An updated design for the building entry and lobby completed the transformation.
