A conceptual design package was prepared for a new resort hotel and service apartments to be located on the northern shore of Powai Lake in Mumbai, India.  Multiple schemes were designed to study the building footprints, massing, and orientation and their relationship to the existing site and proposed recreational amenities, including sunken gardens, swimming pools, a bowling alley, squash and tennis courts.
