A series of three sets of physical models and site plans were produced to study possible massing, building design, exterior skins, shadows, and traffic circulation patterns for a new 30-story office building to be centrally located in Seoul, Korea.  Project amenities were to include a sunken garden, 2-story lobby, and helipad.
