The Boulevard project is located in the coastal community of Pacific Beach, just one block away from the ocean.  This active area attracts locals and tourists alike and is home to numerous shops, bars, and restaurants.  The design of the Boulevard project combines a unique palette of materials and multiple variations in massing and roof planes in order to activate its prime corner site.  The first floor provides flexible commercial spaces, a separate residential lobby, and covered parking for both the commercial and residential uses.  The second and third floors house sixteen 2-story townhouse type units arranged around a central landscaped courtyard complete with water feature.  The units enjoy both ocean and city views from their multiple exterior balconies and large windows.
